DeltaXignia Transitions to Employee Ownership

DeltaXignia is delighted to announce on Friday 26th July we became employee-owned via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The EOT is an organisational structure in the UK where the majority of a company’s shares are owned by a trust, benefiting the employees as its beneficiaries.

Our founder, Robin La Fontaine , has been gradually stepping back over the past few years. In a generous move, he has decided to pass the business on to the staff. While Robin will continue to provide guidance in Research and Development—where his expertise has kept DeltaXignia at the forefront of XML analysis—control and majority ownership now rest with our dedicated team.
